Personal Approach
My primary mission as a real estate advisor and strategist is to help business leaders achieve the lowest possible costs and risks for their real estate needs. I help my clients find the perfect office, industrial, manufacturing, call center, data center or warehouse space they need to grow and operate their business.
Working exclusively with business owners and their internal teams and never landlords is incredibly important to me. By design, Rokos has no landlord conflicts that could compromise my ability to represent my clients’ best interests.
I am passionate about helping larger companies manage their national or global portfolio. My 25+ years in the industry give me unparalleled insight on how to proactively and strategically manage a company’s portfolio of leased and owned locations.
