 Personal Approach

As a tenant representation specialist, my clients always come first. In every client relationship, I focus on building a long-term, strategic partnerships, not just the deal at hand. I aim to give my clients unbiased representation for any real estate need, whether it’s a single location or a multi-site evaluation for a new facility.

I spent the last several years working closely with major hospitals and large private practices in site selection and negotiation for current and expanding clinic needs. I’ve assisted multiple clients in land acquisition for build-to-suit medical facilities as well as disposition of existing clinic and office sites.

When approaching any real estate project, I work to achieve the most favorable term structure for my clients. I negotiate hard to get them the maximum flexibility and protection over the term of the contract while also attaining the best overall cost savings. Extensive healthcare experience, deep market knowledge, and dedication to my clients is the driving force that allows me to provide the best possible solutions for my clients’ real estate needs.
